Superb Quality Large 19th-Century Mahogany Two-Tier Revolving Bookcase

An attractive 19th-century mahogany revolving bookcase with slatted sides, square solid mahogany top with a moulded edge, above a two-tiered bookshelf with quarter sections divided by plain mahogany slats running from top to base, fastened with brass studs. The whole stands on cross stretchers with a revolving framed iron base and iron fittings, terminating in ceramic castors. The piece has a superb original colour and patina.
In terms of condition, this revolving bookcase is in excellent original state, boasting a rich patina on the solid mahogany, which speaks to its quality craftsmanship and the care it has received over the years. The figured mahogany exhibits a rich, warm patina, enhancing its visual appeal.
