Charming late 18th Century Lancashire Oak Dresser Base

An 18th-century Lancashire solid oak dresser base with a fabulous colour and rich patina. It features a moulded rectangular planked top above a practical arrangement: a central cupboard flanked by three graduated drawers on each side, all fitted with brass plate handles and escutcheons. The dresser base is raised on shaped bracket feet and dates to the Georgian period, circa 1770.
