Finely hand-carved and extremely comfortable, this pair of armchairs features the gorgeous sinuous lines typical of the Louis XV period. Each fauteuil has twisted and curved arms and cabriolet legs, with the top rail, seat rail, and knees hand-carved with scrolling patterns. The canework on the back, seating, and sides is in perfect original condition, displaying great color and patina.
