An early 18th century, fine George I period figured walnut & feather banded Bureau. The top central figured panel, bordered by feather banding and cross-banded in walnut. The fall opens to reveal an interior with pigeon holes and drawers, above three long graduated drawers and a pair of small drawers fitted with brass plate handles and escutcheons, standing on bracket feet. Superb original colour and patina. England c.1720.
