A superb looking late nineteenth century, Anglo-Indian Trunk with original ribbed iron fittings, brass bound with decorative corner mounts and has carrying handles. Traditionally used as a patio storage in Indian havelis. Could be used as a super looking decorative Coffee Table. The very early timbers have a rich colour and patination. This trunk has become a rarity as there are very few left that may been sourced. A bold and decorative statement for a variety of interiors.
