Fine Pair of 19th Century Chinese Painted Console Tables

This is a very decorative pair of 19th-century Chinese painted console tables. The tables feature rectangular tops with fine-grained panels set within a waisted broad frame, resting above a moulded frieze and fretwork apron. The legs are joined by beautifully carved humpback stretchers, ending in square legs with block hoofed feet. 
These antique Chinese side tables boast excellent size and proportions, with a lovely colour and patina that highlight their quality. Dating back to around 1880, they are in excellent condition, making them a standout addition to any space.
