A late 19th century, Victorian period stunning quality and well preserved cast iron and beige leather upholstered rocking armchair by Peter Cooper for R.W. Winfield. Based on the famous design from 1850s R.W. Winfield first exhibited this chair design at the Great Exhibition of 1851, the first world Expo in London.
