A fine pair of 18th century tall Italian carved wood harvest cherub sculptures. These sculptures each hold a piece of harvest aloft their curled heads, forms elegantly poised as if caught in a musical performance. A close eye will additionally appreciate the gentle carving of the bodies, almost infantile in their apparent softness. Below the cherub's feet, the carving impressively transitions to a matching set of ornate pedestals.
